Description

Our client is one of the elite boutiques who have a global presence, the Real Estate Capital Advisory team is now looking for an Associate and also a VP to join their team. This is a great opportunity to work for one of the best firms & teams in the advisory space, you will be given a lot of responsibility and have plenty of room to grow within the business.

The role:

  • Assist senior distribution bankers in end to end client management (e.g. arrange outreach, introductions, attend meetings, manage client onboarding through investment / operating diligence).
  • Meeting preparation (collating background information on previous meetings and prospect/client info).
  • Build, maintain, and manage a roadshow calendar.
  • Market and prospect research via Preqin, IREI, INREV, various real estate publications.
  • Managing Salesforce data completeness - ongoing client and prospect relationships; various ad hoc reporting
  • Assist the Project Management team with investor deliverables (RFPs, DDQs, etc.)
  • Assist with stakeholder updates e.g. GP calls, internal pipeline calls and meetings.
  • Attend all internal and client calls, and ensure all follow ups are executed.
  • Act as the key conduit and point of contact between Project Management Team and Distribution team.

Candidate profile

  • 3-7 years of relevant work experience at a real estate firm Private Equity, Advisory or Corporate including but not limited to: real estate private equity, investor relations, investment banking, finance, brokerage, placement agent or development companies.
  • Solid understanding of real estate products, fundamentals and valuation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to articulate ideas clearly.
  • Superb communications skills, both written and oral.
  • Organised and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Ideally Fundraising or Sales experience in a highly professional environment
  • German Language would be a strong bonus (not essential)
