- Description
Our client is a leading Investment Bank with a Global Presence and top ranked team within the Metals & Mining Sector. Due to high deal flow and a healthy pipeline they are now looking for a senior Analyst 2 and Associate 2 to join their Metals & Mining team (Top Ranked).
You will gain unrivalled exposure to deals and will work closely on all aspects of the deals.
The Role:
- Creating Pitchbooks and IMs
- Building and maintaining financial models
- Covering all Corporate Finance work in the M&M space, DCM, ECM with a large focus on M&A.
- Attend client meetings
- Associate Level - Mentor and help train Junior Members of the team.
Candidate Criteria:
- Analyst Level - Previous Experience within an Investment Bank, Boutique (M&A teams) or Big 4 (Corporate finance, Lead advisory or transaction services team)
- Associate Level - 3-5years within an Investment Bank / Boutique (Metals & Mining M&A team) or Metals & Mining Equity Research team (5-6 years experience must have strong understanfing of M&M sector)
- Strong Academics
- Good modelling skills
- Ability to work above / beyond your level and want to take on more responsibility
- Good communication skills and a good personality to work in a team culture.
