Investment Analyst - Deals team - Entrepreneurial Real Estate s

Our client is an entrepreneurial Real Estate senior lender predominately focusing on completed assets in the residential space. They are expanding rapidly due to high deal flow / healthy pipeline and our now looking for an Investment Analyst to join their deals team.

The role:

• Quantitative and qualitative appraisal of deals to establish whether they are worth pursuing
• Work closely with the Senior Associates to establish the most appropriate research strategy for each assignment.
• Assist in conducting financial analysis including cash flow modelling, carrying out asset valuations and preparing development appraisals.
• Assist in writing and presenting final stage Credit Committee papers.
• Researching and providing market data on industry sectors and companies.
• Taking full responsibility for proofreading client financial reports.
• Assisting with negotiations with JV partners.
• Attending briefing meetings and calls.
• Assisting with investor presentation materials.
• Building good rapport with clients and brokers for smooth client / deal on boarding

Candidate Experience / Skills:

• Strong underwriting and modelling ability - both at property level and financially literate.
• Experience in the credit process.
• Experience in the lending space.
• Ability to support senior management.
• Good report writing and presentation abilities, for the purposes of credit and investor reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
