Description

Our client is a leading American Real Estate Private Equity Fund with $10bn AUM who are looking for an Investor Relations Analyst to Join ther team in London. 

The Investor Relations team is responsible for all client relationship, capital raising, and marketing activities to clients and prospects globally. 

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to join a global team and have exposure to a global and diverse real estate product offering, including private equity, private debt and public REITs and work closely with a number of senior professionals within IR, as well as in the fund management and research & strategy teams. This role will be based in London to support the European and Global IR teams in the marketing of funds, the development of new business proposition and products, together with providing information to existing and prospective institutional clients and other parts of the business.

The role 

  • Actively participate in the capital raising process to drive efficiencies and improve client relations
  • Create and update marketing materials and presentations used to promote the business and products to existing and prospective clients globally.
  • Write and coordinate RFP and RFI responses, working closely with the responsible fund team, client relationship manager, other members of IR, and legal & compliance.
  • Support the IR team in addressing client requests and promoting new products.
  • Track and analyse capital raise efforts on existing and proposed funds.
  • Continuously evolve and update internal databases to track both existing and new investor relations and capital flows in the market.
  • Complete and submit industry capital raising surveys.

 

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Mimunum two years’ experience ideally within in a Investor relations or Capital raising role. 
  • Real estate background or strong interest preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to drive initiatives and work to tight and competing deadlines.
  • Project management skills with ability to gather and collate information efficiently from a variety of sources, organise deadlines and anticipate requests.
  • Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • High attention to detail and quality.
