Our client is a leading a boutique investment bank specialising in industrials and Aerospace & Defence sectors who are looking for an Analyst & Associate to join their team. You will be working predomintley within the industrials team. This is a great opportunity to work on som very interesting deals and offers great responsibility for its level.
Job Description:
- Financial Modelling (DCFs)
- Preparing Memos, IMs & Presentations
- Due dillgence
- Assist Senior team members with other projects.
Candidate Requirements:
- 1-5 years M&A expeirnce, either from an Investment bank or Big 4 (transaction services, lead advisory, Corporate finance team) with public company experience, will also look at candidates from a broking background.
- Minimum 2:1 Degree from a well established university
- Excellent modelling skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
