- Description
Our client is a leading Renewable energy consultancy and Manufacturing business (wind, Solar etc). With a decent balance sheet to do acquisitions they are expanding their consultancy offering by buying niche providers (20-50m) in the space.
They have just bought two assets and need to integrate them into the main company, expansion and revenue synergies is the goal not cost cutting (although systems synergies etc are expected).
Candidate Requirements:
- M&A integration experience, systems, finance, sales etc. everything from back office to cross selling opportunities.
- Strong communication skills required (Consultancies are very personnel heavy)
- Minimum 2 integrations at a lead level
You must also be willing to travel to Europe and potentially Australia for work.
