Description

Our client is a highly experienced M&A advisory group that has been supporting companies and private equity funds worldwide since 2000. Our client's team of seasoned professionals has a proven track record of successfully guiding organizations through these complex challenges. With their expertise, they can help companies identify and team up with the most fitting strategic partners to achieve success in this dynamic market. They are now looing to add an Associate Director to their team to support their ambitious growth plans. 

Candidate Requirements: 

  • Must have over 10 – 12  years of M&A experience in M&A for IT Services / Business Services / Technology sector knowledge and strong buyer relationships in IT Services / Technology.
  • Strong (relevant) deal sheet and with a track record of demonstrated origination capabilities.
  • Strong relationships with PE/ VC funds and fundraising experience would be an asset. This would help with expanding and building a technology and fundraising practice
  • Ability to originate and lead transaction execution on 4/5 deals at a time with a focus on sell side mandates
  • Ability to manage multiple deal teams, and transactions end-to-end including the preparation of Information Memorandums and financial models, participate in management/buyer meetings, negotiate offers, manage the due diligence and transaction documentation process. Adopt and improve processes and best practices.

Additional skills & attributes:

  • CA, CFA qualification will be an asset
  • Strong communication skills & understanding of corporate finance
  • Proficiency in financial modelling & valuation techniques
  • Experience with preparation of Information Memorandums
  • Ability to multi-task and execute multiple mandates with minimal supervision
  • Ability to negotiate offers, deal structures, transaction documents (and key issues) and all elements of a deal consideration in an M&A and Fundraising process
  • Team player & ability to work in a globally dispersed team
  • Flexibility to travel across Europe and the US
