Our client is an Elite Boutique with a global presence. The Generalist M&A team in London are now looking for a talented Associate with 3-5 years of M&A experience to join their team. You'll be responsible for conducting due diligence, financial modelling, preparing marketing materials, and supporting deal negotiations, working alongside senior bankers and other experienced professionals to help clients navigate complex M&A transactions across a wide range of industries.
Candidate Requirements:
- 3-5 years of relevant M&A experience, ideally gained within an Investment Bank or Boutique.
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- A strong academic track record, with a degree from a top-tier institution.
