Our client is a leading independent investment bank who offers integrated cross-border M&A advice for mid-cap transactions across the following sectors Tech (Software, TMT, Industrial tech), digital media, consumer & business services. They have exceptional deal flow and a very strong pipeline of deals and are now looking for an VP and ED to join their growing team. In addition the team has plenty of headroom so this is an excellent opportunity to progress to more senior positions.

VP/ SVP (£130k - £160K Plus Bonus)

Candidate Requirements:
VP/SVP:
- 7-11 years M&A experience from an Investment bank or boutique ideally with either a generalist focus or tech, consumer, business services or industrial tech sector coverage.
- Solid deal experience
ED:
- 11-14 years years M&A experience from an Investment bank or boutique ideally with either a generalist focus or tech, consumer, business services or industrial tech sector coverage.
- Track record of deal execution and origination.
