- Description
Our client is a solutions provider working across sectors such as Real Estate and asset backed lending. They have a growing team within their Investor Relations Reporting division and are now looking to add an associate level individual. You will be working with an experienced team to deliver bespoke solutions across their services specifically within structured and asset finance and credit. The role involves a significant amount of reporting requirements so you should be highly analytical as well as having the ability to liaise with many different teams externally and across the business.
Responsibilities:
- Production of client reports and commentary
- Work closely with Investor Relations teams & Asset Management over payment schedules, rent rolls and potential distress situations.
- Research, prepare and collate information and marketing materials, Pitch Books etc
Skills Required:
- 1-2 years in a similar Real Estate role
- Advanced Knowledge of Excel with VBA (Expert on Formulas)
- SQL - Some experience would be beneficial or keen to learn
Desirable Skills:
- Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate, RE Debt or Debt Products
This role offers a hybrid working environment offering 3 days in the office and two working from home.
