Circle Square is currently partnering with a global leader in Leveraged Finance/Restructuring to recruit across all levels to join their European Team. Responsibilities include assisting the team in executing new deal transactions, preparing and updating financial models, company and industry-based research and analysing and executing complex debt transactions, primarily focusing on debt restructuring, executing deals.

These skills will be underpinned by a driven and self-motivated attitude, confident and effective communication skills, an innovative approach to problem-solving and a commitment to personal development.

Competencies:
- YOU MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN EITHER LEVERAGED FINANCE OR STRUCTURED FINANCE, OR RESTRUCTURING WITH THE NECESSARY STRONG LBO MODELLING SKILLS.
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- A good knowledge of Leverage Finance and the ability to apply your skills creatively to diverse client needs;
- Sound judgment, particularly in valuation matters, with strong analytic skills; particularly DCF's and LBO's and the ability to talk through previous deals comprehensively when quizzed.
