- Description
- Circle Square is working with a highly entrepreneurial, top boutique / tier 1 IB with an international reach. They are looking to bring on Associates (also would consider M&A Lawyers) into their team, specifically TMT (Telecoms, Media and Tech). TMT experience is not essential but have a strong passion and interest for TMT is essential.
This is an opportunity to work with one of the most recognizable and renowned firms in the world at the moment, where you gain great exposure on deals much earlier than you would at other bulge brackets and will take on responisibilites above your level. You won't be just sitting behind Excel and compiling pitch-books.
Key Responsibilities:
• The full range of responsibilities pertaining to Corporate Finance (Debt and Equity Capital Markets, Leveraged and Acquisition finance and M&A)
• Creating merger and financial models;
• Generating DCF models and other models;
• Execution of mandated deals (Data Room, Road shows etc)
• Assisting in the preparation of marketing pitch books and related materials;
• Strategic research for clients.
Requirements:
• Ideally 3+ years M&A experience
• Our client would also consider M&A Lawyers or ACA Lead Advisory
• Ideally training from leading team, bulge bracket or top boutique
• Strong financial modelling skill (ideally unless a lawyer)
• Eligible to work in the UK
