- Currently seeking Analysts for one of the top ranked IB boutiques worldwide - within their industrials team which has been ranked one of the best industrials teams winning deal of the month and year!
Our client is a renowned firm and excel in completing complex transactions: buy sides, sell sides, refinancing, etc. Being number 1 in the world in some of there other sectors, they have teams that focus on various sectors and are continuing to grow due to their ongoing success.
The Industrials team cover cross-border transactions: buy side acquisition finance and senior refinancing, and sell sides, with strong deal flow, giving Analysts the opportunity to work above their level and gain a lot more exposure here than they would elsewhere.
You must be:
- Analyst 3
- Industrials sector experience preferred but not essential
- Top boutique or Bulge Bracket bank trained
- Eligible to work in the UK
Key Responsibilities:
• The full range of responsibilities pertaining to M&A
• Creating merger and financial model analyses;
• Generating discounted cash flow models and other models for valuation;
• Execution of mandated deals;
• Assisting in the preparation of marketing pitch books and related materials;
• Gathering public information through numerous sources;
