- Description
- Our client is a leading SME PE investor. With a focus on Organisations who are either unloved or in an ‘Unusual’ or Special situation. This could be a PE carve out or a fund that are looking to exit from an investment or a distressed business.
They try to not compete with the larger funds and have found a nice space in the £20-100 Mil arena.
You will lead a small team in the origination of Private Equity Investment Mandates (3-5 per year) across Europe. Based Nationwide
Background:
- Must have Strong Small –Mid cap network either from a Leading CF team in this space (Rothschild, Lincoln etc) or a Chartered Accountancy M&A or Restructuring team (not Debt – IBR) or from a small size investment business (BGF etc)
- Extensive experience of closing deals
- Strong Academics and track record
- Ability to work with a Strong PE Principal
