- Description
- Our client is a leading SME Investment organisation with initially a focus on EIS businesses investing between 1-15 M in growth capital etc. They have been expanding massively and working outside of this space and now looking at investing into the Debt and Larger Cap (Non-EIS ) investments. To enable this growth they are urgently looking for a Senior Investment Director .
The role involves
- Originating of Investment opportunities
- Putting together Capital Structures
- Evaluation and execution of mandates
- Monitoring and management of Portfolio companies (Advising expansion, Board meetings etc)
- Management of Analyst and Associate
Your background
- Currently in PE, Investing (Family office, pension fund etc)
- Strong Experience in Execution and Origination of SME / Mid-Market Deals
- Passion for helping companies to expand
