With a presence across the UK, Europe and the US they are now looking to build the next generation to help the organisation sustain the deal flow that seems to be coming solidly.
Deals cover:
* Large cap and mid - cap M&A deals
* Growth Cap (30-70mn) Placement roles
* Direct Investment (they have their own fund that they use)
* Segregated fund management
The Requirement:
Obviously the more senior the role you are applying for the more experience related to the sector and M&A is required; however you must have:
* Strong modelling experience
* Some M&A exposure
* Interest in Tech/ Media
* Ability to take responsibility above your level
