Our client is a leading highly expansive bank, with a Special Situations platform sitting inside the team.
Working in the Coverage team you will be responsible for approximately 30% Special Sits (Equity and Debt) investing, normally as a Co-Invest with Financial Sponsors and 70% management of M&A execution of the Principal deals
You:
* Your background is ideally M&A Analyst 1 through to 3 but they will look at Transaction services or Principal investing
* Strong numerical skills
* Ability and experience of putting together pitchbooks and DCF models
This opportunity is very unusually in that they are willing to look at different backgrounds AND you will be doing Principal investing.
