We are working with a leading European Real Estate Investment Manager to hire an Analyst for their UK & Ireland Transactions team in London.
The firm is very well capitalised and has a broad range of investment strategies from core to opportunistic. Target investments include direct Real Estate assets and portfolios, developments and operating companies.
Working in a small team with a flat structure, the role will provide exposure to the whole investment lifecycle - from acquisition to management and disposal. The firm has a great culture and as an Analyst you will have a high level of responsibility.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate the following experience and skills:
- 1 to 3 years' experience working in property consultancy, real estate advisory, surveying or real estate investment
- Advanced cash flow modelling skills with the ability to build models from scratch
- Real Estate deal experience in the UK or Ireland
- Strong academic track record
- Team oriented with excellent communication and presentation skills
