Our client is a leading Real estate Private Equity fund, however as part of an expansion plan, they have brought in a top Tier PE Veteran to build out the Special sits and Growth Capital Investing Strategy.
As part of this they have substantial deal flow in the £1-20mn space and are looking for a strong Senior Analyst / associate to help evaluate and execute investments. Highly Entrepreneurial.
The requirement;- You will be able to model relatively un supported Growth Capital and Special (distressed etc) situations
- Running Evaluation and DD process and speaking to investments options.
- 3-5 years in a mid-Market PE or CF house
- Strong deal experience
