VP Client Executive - Investor Relations Real Estate

Our client is one of the leading Institutional investors in the RE space, with a reach covering the world and a client base of Large Pension funds, insurance firms, Private Equity businesses and HNWI/Familyoffices they cover all types of RE investments from Multi-manager to Special Sits and Opportunistic.Exceptional growth and success over the last 10 years have enabled them to become one the 'goto' business.

They are urgently looking to bolster their Client Services / IR team, the opportunity is one with unparalleled exposure to clients, internal stakeholders and Investments. The client is as big as you would like it to be.

Role and Accountabilities:

Client & prospect coverage

• Building and maintaining relationships with institutional investors and consultants in the assigned area(s) - Worldwide, but predominantly UK.
• Strategic approach of new prospects, business planning and client mapping
• Direct responsibility for specified clients covering all sectors on a worldwide basis
• Creating and reviewing marketing materials and submissions for target clients

New business development:

• Contribute to the Clients capital raising (multi-sector funds)
• Making sure that the client is included in relevant tender processes (UK)
• Project management and review of RFI and RFP
• Provide active input into the development of new products and/or business with the business units

Marketing:

• Represent the client at internal and external events
• Development, review and constant improvement of Marketing Materials

Product Development:·

• Internal Stakeholder review and participation in the product design stage

The Requirement

Unlike lots of organisations where they are looking at a 'cookie cutter' / Vanilla CV to fill vacancies, our clients are very focussed on getting 'Best of class' and helping those people develop into the role (obviously if you are best of class and 'Cookie cutter cv' that is fine!)

You:

• Ideally with some IR/ fundraising experience in RE however they will look at;
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills matched with a strong understanding of Real Estate Investment - Ideally Senior Assoc or VP level, but very flexible on top end
• Great team player
