- Description
Our client is one of the leading banks in the Real Estate Space, working on the most complex deals in the market from a Financing and Structuring perspective they are looking for an Associate Director level individual with good strong RE Advisory experience.
Ideally you will be from a competitor doing this role but maybe looking for better pipeline or frustrated with the ability to move up, there is flexibility on this (see below).
Salaries are also substantially higher here than in most of the competitors with plenty of growth potential towards origination;
The role:- Execution of mid and large cap deals across the European, Real Estate space
- Management of Junior staff
- Quarter-Back / Team lead for all deals that come through
- Liaison with clients and running Processes from Start to finish
You:- Solid Deal experience across complex RE deals including transaction closing
- Person management, including Resource/Deal management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (ability to deal with Clients)
- Experience across multiple sectors and products
