Description

Our client is one of the world leading Hedge funds in the world. With an established team in Real Estate ,this is a new team with a European Focus.

The role:

* You will be working directly with the MD and helping him build the team

* Financial modelling and underwriting of deals

* Screening Investment opportunities brought via Brokers

* Production of Investment Memos for Credit

* Full transaction process from start to finish including dealing with Lawyers and Surveyors

* You would also ideally start to get involved in Origination and building relationships in set geographies (so communication skills are essential).

Your Experience:

* 3- 6 years IBD, debt or RE estate investment experience

* Strong Modelling and underwriting background

* Ideally at least two European Languages ideally Italian, Portuguese, Spanish or French
