We are working with a leading global private equity investment firm to hire an Analyst for their European Real Estate Acquisitions team in London.
The firm has a broad opportunistic / special situations pan-European Real Estate investment strategy. Target investments include direct assets and portfolios, platform investments, NPLs and mezzanine debt across a wide range of Real Estate asset types.
They have been very active in Europe over the last few years and aim to continue this strong investment activity in the coming years. They have just closed their latest European fund, well above target.
As an Analyst in this high quality team you will be responsible for all aspects of underwriting and executing investments.
The firm is targeting candidates with 1 to 2 years' experience in Real Estate investment banking or Real Estate private equity.
European language skills are welcomed but are not a requirement.
