Senior Associate / VP Real Estate PE Italian Acquisition & AM

We are working with one of the world's leading private equity and distressed funds to hire a Senior Associate / Junior VP for their Italian Real Estate Acquisitions & Asset Management team in London.

Working in a small team and reporting directly to the Head of European Acquisitions, this broad role will involve the origination, analysis, underwriting, due diligence and execution of Real Estate investment opportunities in the Italian market (direct Opportunistic Real Estate portfolios, developments, Real Estate NPL portfolios, corporate investments), plus the ongoing management of investments post-acquisition.

The firm already has an investment track record in Italy and plans to be very active in the country. You would be joining them at quite an early stage of their development in the region and helping them to building the business.

The firm is targeting people with 5 to 8 years' experience with a preference for people that have proven Real Estate private equity acquisitions and asset management experience in Italy.

Candidates with Real Estate advisory / M&A experience would also be considered.

Fluent Italian language skills are a requirement of the role.
