- Description
The Role:
- Full Deal execution including reviewing models and work by juniors.
- Management of Junior schedules and output.
- Covering all Corporate Finance work in the M&M space, DCM, ECM with a large focus on M&A.
- Management of Origination work streams. With a movement towards building your own client base over the next 5 years.
Criteria:
- Solid Investment Banking (Ideally coverage of M&M including DCM, ECM and M&A).
- Progressed through the IB route (analyst to Assoc etc) If you are a CA or MBA, you must have a very strong CV.
- If you are in a NatRes team, M&A or an Industrials team with some M&M that is OK. Or even an interest / Passion for NatRes / M&M.
- Good communication skills and a good personality to work in a team culture.
