Associate / AD - Leading Real Estate Mezz Fund

Our client is a market Leading Financier of Real Estate Assets on a worldwide basis. Currently in massive expansion mode they are keen to bring on Multiple Associate / Associate Director / Director / Head of (Dependant on experience) for the Origination and for the Execution team. You will be at the cutting edge of Real Estate Development Projects using Debt but structuring as Equity (therefore returns are a lot higher than pure debt).

The role:

• Origination and execution of residential and commercial real estate investment deals on a European / UK basis
• Building and developing new and existing relationships to build pipeline, with all Brokers, Advisors and clients
• Perform due diligence on prospective clients, investment & project opportunities
• Credit committee presentation and Paper write ups.
• Manage Junior members of the team and ensure project goals are achieved.
• Ensure that deals are progressed in appropriate timescales, proactively chase internal and external partners to drawdown

The Requirements:

• Development experience (Equity or Debt) with an ability to work with Developers and understand whether they have the correct grasp on their figures (Build cost etc)
• Ideally Good relationship management and origination experience ideally in Debt or Development / Equity deals. · Solid Financial evaluation and DD experience (including building models - although obviously you will be managing rather than building) · Good deal Structuring experience in Finance and ideally development finance.
