Investor Relations Analyst - Top RE Investment Manager

Our Client is one of the leading Institutional Investors in the Real Estate (RE) sector, with a global reach and a client base including large pension funds, insurance firms, private equity businesses and HNWI / family offices. They cover all types of RE investments from multi-manager to special sits, as well as opportunistic. With exceptional growth and success over the last 10 years, they are now deemed to be one of the 'go-to' businesses in Real Estate. In line with this expansion they are looking to bolster their existing Client Services / IR team and are looking to add an Analyst to their team.

Responsibilities:

• Creating and updating marketing materials
• Write and co-ordinate RFP and RFIs
• Support senior team in addressing client's requests and in promoting new products
• Track and Analyse new funds and potential clients
• Maintain marketing systems
• Minute taking for fund products, new business and team related information during conference calls

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduate with a financial background
• At least 1 years' work experience or several long-term Internships
• Real Estate background or strong interest is essential
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Project management skills and ability to work to tight deadlines
• High attention to detail
• Strong Microsoft office skills
• Fluency in other languages would be a bonus (but not a requirement)
