Description

Our Client is one of the leading Institutional Investors in the Real Estate sector, with a global reach and a client base including large pension funds, insurance firms, private equity businesses and HNWI / family offices. They cover all types of RE investments from multi-manager to special sits, as well as opportunistic. With exceptional growth and success over the last 10 years, they are now deemed to be one of the 'go-to' businesses in Real Estate. In line with this expansion they are looking to bolster their existing IR team and are looking to add an Associate to their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Project management for the development of content and documentation of selected funds
  • Leading the completion of RFP responses, co-ordinate and schedule planning meetings and time lines
  • Creating and updating marketing presentations.
  • Supporting and coordinating the drafting fund marketing documentation or investor pitchbooks
  • Tracking of progress for the relevant funds, being the point of contact within the team.
  • Organising and coordinating of investors' due diligence days
  • Supervising, training and leading Juniors in the team

Candidate Requirements:

  • Three years experience in Real Estate focused - IR, Client Relations, Investment Banking or Investment Management
  • Real Estate background is essential
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Project management skills and ability to work to tight deadlines
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong Microsoft office skills
  • Fluency in other languages (not a requirement but a bonus)
