Our client is a leading boutique debt fund, Lending to private equity funds and corporates they are now looking to add an Associate 1 / 2 to their team.
Responsibilities:
- Financial Modelling
- Originantion and execution of deals
- Structure deals
- Review Analyst work and help with training.
Candidate Requirements:
- 4-5 Years experience within a restructuring team from a top tier investment bank or ACA big 4 candidates with 5-7 years restructuring experience.
- Strong LBO and DCF modelling skills.
- Strong UK and EU deal experience.
- Fluent French Language skills would be a bonus (not essential).
