We are working with one of the world's leading hedge funds / alternative investors to hire an Analyst for their European Real Estate Investing team in London.
The firm employs a value-based approach to investing across a broad range of geographies and industries. Their investment strategies include Real Estate, Corporate Credit, Private Equity, Asset-Backed Securities and Infrastructure.
They have a broad opportunistic pan-European Real Estate investment strategy that includes direct assets and portfolios, the acquisition of NPL and REO portfolios, corporate / platform investments, CMBS and Real Estate Debt investments.
They have been very active in the European Real Estate market over the last few years and are actively growing the platform.
Working within a small team with a flat structure and fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for pan European Investment activities including the analysis, underwriting and execution of investments.
The firm has a great meritocratic culture with a very collaborative approach.
They are seeking to hire an Investment Analyst with 2 to 3 years previous experience in Investment Banking (Real Estate or FIG) or Private Equity (Real Estate or Special Situations).
It is worth mentioning that like some other hedge funds their team structure is different to Investment Banking / Private Equity and is as follows - Analyst, Senior Analyst, Director, MD.
