Our client is a leading American Real Estate Private Equity Fund who are looking for an Analyst to join their portfolio management team.
You will be supporting senior team members in Portfolio Management, Deals & fund models including return calculations, investors relations & reporting and capital raising support.
Responsibilities:
- Analyzing and forecasting performance on funds/investment mandates.
- Deal, portfolio and fund level analysis.
- Building and maintaining financial models.
- Investor communication including investor reporting, meetings and investor queries.
Candidate Requirements:
- Ability to perform advanced financial modelling in excel.
- 1- 3 years of RE Private Equity, Banking or commercial real estate experience.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- European Language is a bonus (but not essential)
