Real Estate Investment / Development Analyst - UK Developer

We are working with a relatively new UK-focused Real Estate investment and development firm to hire an Analyst for their Investment team in London.

The firm's founder has a strong track record in Real Estate development and private equity and founded the firm in 2017. They work as the development Joint Venture operating partner on behalf of top tier private equity and hedge funds, targeting off market Opportunistic deals in the UK. Typical deal size is £75-100MN.

Their culture is a mixture of a development firm and a Real Estate private equity firm, with a very entrepreneurial environment. They are a very analytical firm and place a strong emphasis on looking at deals from a design / architectural perspective as well as a financial one.

They have a very strong deal flow and are actively looking to grow the team with the hire of an Analyst.

Working in a small team with a flat structure, the Analyst will be responsible for performing a broad investment role - analysing, underwriting and executing development investments.

They are keen for the person they hire to be able to develop own network and help to source off market investments over time.

Required experience:

• 1 - 3 years experience working in Real Estate advisory, Real Estate investment banking, Real Estate finance or Real Estate investing
• Strong Real Estate modelling skills, with the ability to build cash flow models from scratch
• Good knowledge of the UK and London Real Estate markets
• Strong preference for candidates that have completed a Bachelors or Masters degree at Oxford University, Cambridge University or London School of Economics
