- Description
Our client is a leading Real Estate Investment / Asset manager who are looking to add an Analyst (level 2 or 3) to their acquisitions team. The Investment analyst will focus in the alternatives, student accommodation, hotels and HMO sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Reporting to senior team member you will analyse and research real estate investment and development opportunities across Europe.
- Support deals team through transaction process
- Investment modelling and analysis
- Market analysis; trends in alternatives, hotels and HMO markets
Candidate Requirements:
- 2-3 years Real Estate or Hotels PE experience OR
- Investment banking, Private Equity or Big 4 (Transaction services, lead advisory or Deal advisory teams) experience. Ideally Real Estate of Hotels but not essential)
- Strong modelling and Valuation skills (understanding Corporates would be good)
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Willingness to travel to European cities when required
- Legally able to work in the UK.
