Junior / Senior Project Manager - Leading PE placement agent

Our client is one of the leading Private Equity Placement firms, with its areas of business being primarily fund-raising for mid and large cap funds across Europe and the US but also secondaries and directs.

The team is very busy and our now looking to recruit a Junior and Senior project manager to their deals team. This is a truly exceptional business to work for, you will be working within a leading team and have opportunities to train and learn in other areas of the business.  

Main Responsibilities:

• Maintain all fund-raising documentation including status reports, activity reports, roadshow calendars, investor profiles and agendas.  
• Conduct research and analysis into the private equity market - including fund managers and investors. 
• Prepare analysis on portfolios to enable deal teams to benchmark industry players and analyse capital flows both regionally and globally.  
• Support deal leaders on all aspects of deal management. 
• Coordinate roadshows and logistics. 
• Train the fund manager's team on how to operate through a fundraise (Senior role)
• Train Junior members of team (Senior Role)

Candidate Requirements:

• 1-4 Years' experience within Corporate Finance or Big 4 (Transaction services, Lead Advisory, Deal Advisory Teams), more for the senior role.
• Strong written and communication skills in English  
• 2:1 Minimum Degree from a recognised University  
• Strong time management and excellent project management skills  
• Financial analysis skills  
• Strong attention to detail  
• Advanced use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint 
• Understanding of Private Equity
• Fluency in a European Language would be a bonus (Not Essential)
