- Description
Our client is top Tier Private Equity investor with a Value add and opportunistic investment Strategy. They have both Hotels and general Real Estate projects; however, this role is on the RE side rather than the hotel side.
Due to the size of the team (lean) they ideally manage outsourced development projects so would like some one to have experience of Managing the Finances as well as the hands-on Projects. You would also be part of the Acquisition team
Ideally:
- Chartered Surveyor with 8-10 years' experience (flexible)
- Experience managing multiple work streams across multiple sectors
- Strong Financial Experience - managing the debt pile for the projects (and ongoing)
- Strong Asset Management experience
- Good Development experience including running CapEx and Development Appraisals
