- Description
Our client is one of the world leading Hedge funds in the world. With an established team in Real Estate, this is a new team with a European Focus.
The role:
- You will be working directly with the MD and helping him build the team
- Financial modelling and underwriting of deals
- Screening Investment opportunities brought via Brokers
- Production of Investment Memos for Credit
- Full transaction process from start to finish including dealing with Lawyers and Surveyors
- You would also ideally start to get involved in Origination and building relationships in set geographies (so communication skills are essential).
Your Experience:
- 2 -3 years experience (Analyst) - 4-6 years (Associate) IBD, debt or RE estate M&A or investment experience
- Strong Modelling and underwriting background
- Ideally a European Language - Italian, Portuguese, Spanish or French
