- Description
Our client is a leading Investment Bank with multiple sector coverage across the globe working on cross border, collaborative transactions they are a market leading business.
They have had explosive growth in the tech space and are working on a large number of deals with a healthy future pipeline as a result they are looking to expand and bring on a VP to join their Tech Team.
The role:
- Managing deal flow from the MDs and 'Quarterback' position on all deals.
- Work on some of the most cutting edge deals in the tech space.
- Management of a team of juniors in all execution and origination processes
As part of the build you will also be give a niche space/ Clients to work with. The idea being that you will grow into an origination role as they support you in your development.
Requirements:
- 6-8 Years experience within a Tech or TMT team at an Investment bank / Boutique or Big 4 (Must be Transaction services, lead advisory or corporate finance team at Big 4)
- Solid deal experience
- Entrepreneurial attitude
