- Description
Our client is an elite boutique advisory firm with a global presence, they are looking to add an Associate (Ideally Associate 2 Level) to their Industrials team. The reason for the hire is due strong deal flow and a healthy pipeline of deals. The ideal Candidate for this position will have worked within an Industrials M&A at top tier Investment Bank/ Bulge Bracket or similar level boutique.
The Role:
- Building & Maintaining Financial models.
- Assisting with presentations
- Attend client meetings.
- Reviewing Junior Team member works and assist with training.
Requirements:
- 4-5 years experience within a strong M&A team (Ideally Industrials) at either a top Tier Investment Bank/Bulge Bracket Bank or another top tier boutique.
- Strong Financial Modelling skills.
- Solid understanding of the Industrials sector.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines.
