- Description
Our client is a small but highly entrepreneurial Investment manager specialising in the Alternative RE space (Restaurants, Hotels, Mezz (London and New York), with 15 properties and 10-12 Mezz positions under review and a strong Growth plan for 2021 they are expanding well.
They are now looking for a financial controller to join their team.

Key Skills Required
- Qualified Accountant (CIMA; ACCA or ACA)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Passion for Real Estate and desire to work in an highly Entrepreneurial Investment organisation
- Flexibility, willingness to help and desire to learn
- Ability to multi-task, manage priorities and delivery to deadlines
- Hands on Accounting Experience (Bookkeeping up to Statutory Accounts)
Role responsibilities:
- Production of Development and project financial reports (Cost side mostly) . No experience essential
- Client and Investment Reporting and Analytical reviews
- Budgets and Cashflow forecasting
- Management reports for 15 Real Estate Assets including Cost review, Development Finance etc
- Reconciliation of the full accounts pack from AP to P&L and Balance Sheet for all entities.
- Adhoc Project work including assisting with Investment Appraisals
