- Description
Our client is a leading Mid Tier Investment bank with a global presence. Their Real Estate M&A is looking for a Director / Managing Director (potentially SMD) to join their growing team, you will be part of the driving force for originating deals and expansion.
Typical deal size ranges from £100m up to £700m, you will have a strong team to support you. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for greater autonomy and wants to hit the ground running with plenty of room to grow (not top heavy).
The plan is to build the organisation into a Leading RE M&A shop with multiple SMD´s and MDs (currently 2 MD´s and 1 Head of M&A supporting)
- Originate new business and build out their client base. (mostly UK at the moment)
- You will work on some of the best, most interesting, variable and complex deals.
- Manage a team of VP, Associates and Analysts.
- Report into Partners.
- World Leading team and Organisation.
Candidate requirements:
- Minimum 8 Years working at an Investment Bank, Big 4 or surveying firm in a Real Estate M&A or Corporate Finance team.
- Strong origination skills (and experience/ client Base)
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit.
- Be able to manage and lead a team of Senior & Junior Bankers.
