Our client is an entrepreneurial PropTech company with a mission to create an analytics platform for the commercial property world. Their goal is to enable real estate investors to make data-driven decisions.
Their cloud-based SaaS service integrates the most relevant data from the major sources of geo-spatial information and unique algorithms that can build big-picture views from sparse transactions and other data.
They have just recently closed a large seed round and are backed by well known investors with more to come.
They are now looking for an experienced real estate business development professional with a passion for PropTech and a strong affinity in building strong relationships with highly demanding real estate institutional investors.
You'll be working alongside the CEO, a real estate private equity professional and ex-investment banker with extensive experience at leading institutions.
The role:
- Identifying and mapping the market for new clients, leading sales conversations, and promoting our product through B2B channels.
- Negotiating and closing SAAS contracts with prospective clients
- Supporting clients to create projects and maximise value from the Built AI platform.
- Working as an interface between our customers and our tech team. Giving feedback to the wider team of designers, product managers and engineers on how to improve our product-market fit.
- Conducting market research to support the development of the growth strategy.
Candidate Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in Real Estate BD from a Private Equity, or Investment Banking background with a real estate focus.
- Strong existing network in the real estate industry.
- Passionate about working in a startup environment with technology or AI products.
- Determined, detail-oriented, highly motivated, with a proactive approach to finding solutions (a "can do" attitude).
