Our client is a top tier boutique who are looking to add an Analyst 2 and Associate 1-3 to their restructuring team.
If you are looking for a role that is more than M&A, where you can be involved in the most complex, difficult and rewarding deals in the market, this could be the opportunity for you;
The role is an Advisory role, however this is not like working for another Restructuring shop or an M&A team;
- You will work on some of the best, most interesting, variable and complex deals from start to finish.
- Cross Border deals and Com/Shifts.
- Working across Corporate, Fund and Banking deals.
- World Leading team and Organisation.
Candiate requirements:
- Analyst 2 or Associate 1/2 working at a top tier boutique, Investment bank or big 4 within a restructuring team.
- Will also look at candidate from a Leverage Finance background.
- Excellent LBO modelling experience
- Strong Communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit.
- Comfortable working above and beyond your level.
