Our client is a leading M&A tech and Blockchain Advisory boutique with a solid track record in Advisory services across tech for over 20 years.
Innovation across the tech space is where they excel from business planning and tech development to legal and supporting Sell side and inorganic growth strategy they are market leaders.
The focus of this role is to build out the M&A franchise, currently they have strong deal flow coming into the business via referrals and the MD´s contacts however to build a stronger Deal pipeline they are looking for a Business Development Manager (Associate to Director), flexible in the level.
Background in client management and business development are essential and a background in M&A BD or an understand of M&A would be helpful.
The role:
- Mapping and managing a business Development pipeline for Tech and Blockchain M&A deals
- Presenting and winning mandates with the head of M&A
- Managing RFI and RFP´s
- Liaising with clients and internal Stakeholders (for internal support)
