Our client is a leading independent investment bank who offers integrated cross-border M&A advice for mid-cap transactions across the following sectors Tech (Software, TMT, Industrial tech), digital media, consumer & business services. They have exceptional deal flow and a very strong pipeline of deals and are now looking for an MD/Partner to join their team.

- Business Development
- Client Relationship Management
- Deal Origination
- Transaction Execution
- Client advisory
- Team Leadership and Management
- Internal Collaboration
Candidate Requirements:
- Currently an MD or SMD at an Investment bank or Boutique covering ideally Tech, Business services, Consumer or industrial tech.
- Strong deal origination skills.
- proven track record of deals originated and executed.
- Solid industry knowledge in your sector.
- Strong network in your given sector.
