Our client is a leading Infrastructure Investment manager. They are now looking Investment Analyst & Associate to join their asset management team in London. In this role, you will work closely with the asset management team on oversight and optimization of the infrastructure investments across Europe.
Analyst role responsibilities:
- Monitoring asset performance and preparing quarterly portfolio reports
- Financial modeling and analysis on new investment opportunities
- Supporting asset management plans and value creation initiatives
- Conducting market research and benchmarking analysis
- Preparing materials for investor reporting and compliance
Associate Role responsibilities:
- Overseeing asset management plans and leading value creation initiatives
- Monitoring financial and operational performance of assets
- Managing external asset managers and other third-party relationships
- Preparing materials for investment committee and investor reporting
- Supporting new acquisitions and fundraising activities
Candidate Requirements:
Analyst level: (£65k – £85k Plus bonus)- 1-3 year’s experience in private equity, investment banking, transaction services, consulting or asset management within the infrastructure sector.
- Strong financial modelling abilities and advanced Excel skills
- Excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Ability to synthesize complex information clearly and concisely.
- Interest in ESG factors and sustainability
Associate Level: (£105k - £135k Plus Bonus)
- At least 3-5 years of private equity, investment banking, transaction services, consulting or asset management experience within the infrastructure sector.
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and valuation skills
- Ability to build effective professional relationships
- Manage and train junior members of the team
- Excellent written and verbal communicator
- Passion for infrastructure and ESG principles
This role offers the opportunity to directly manage key infrastructure assets in the portfolio and provides broad exposure across the asset management and portfolio activities.
