Our client, a highly regarded elite boutique investment bank with a stellar reputation in the restructuring space, is seeking exceptional Associate and Senior Associate level professionals to join their London-based restructuring team.

The firm has built an enviable track record advising on some of the most high-profile and complex restructuring mandates across Europe, working with corporates, financial sponsors, creditors, and other stakeholders.
The Role:
These are outstanding opportunities for ambitious restructuring professionals to join a market-leading team and work on landmark transactions. You will be involved in all aspects of restructuring advisory work, including:
- Advising corporates, lenders, and sponsors on complex restructuring and insolvency matters
- Leading financial modelling and valuation analysis for distressed situations
- Preparing pitch materials, information memorandum, and other transaction documentation
- Managing due diligence processes and coordinating with legal advisers and other stakeholders
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key market participants including insolvency practitioners, legal counsel, and institutional investors
Requirements
Associate Level:
- 2-4 years' experience in restructuring, distressed M&A, or special situations at a top-tier investment bank or boutique
- Strong academic background with excellent analytical and technical skills
- Proven ability to build complex financial models and perform sophisticated valuation analysis
- Experience across a range of sectors and transaction types
Senior Associate Level:
- 4-6 years' relevant experience with demonstrated progression and increasing responsibility
- Substantial experience leading workstreams and managing junior team members
- Strong client-facing skills and ability to contribute to business development efforts
- Track record of working on complex, cross-border restructuring transactions
