The Role

This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious technology investment banking professional to take the next step in their career. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in originating, executing, and managing complex M&A and capital markets transactions across the technology sector. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading origination efforts and developing relationships with technology companies, management teams, and financial sponsors
• Managing execution of M&A transactions, capital raises, and other strategic advisory mandates
• Overseeing deal teams and mentoring junior professionals
• Contributing to the firm's thought leadership and market positioning within the technology sector
• Representing the firm at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
• Working closely with senior management to identify growth opportunities and strategic initiatives

Requirements

• 8-12 years' experience in technology investment banking at a leading investment bank or boutique
• Proven track record of originating and executing technology transactions across M&A and capital markets
• Strong existing relationships within the European technology ecosystem including entrepreneurs, management teams, and investors
• Deep sector knowledge across key technology verticals including software, fintech, and digital services
• Exceptional client management and business development skills
• Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing and developing junior team members
• Outstanding academic credentials and professional qualifications
