Our client is a leading Tech M&A boutique, working on cross border and collaborative transactions they are one of the leaders in their field. Currently they are working with some of the worlds leading Funds and Entrepreneurs.
They are currently looking to bring on an Analyst 1-3 to join their tech team focusing on the Fintech vertical. If you love Tech, then this is the role for you.
- Managing deal flow from the Associates & VPs and work on the forefront of all deals
- Financial modelling & reviews
- Work on execution of deals

Candidate requirements:
- 1-3 years' experience within an M&A team at an Investment Bank or Boutique. Our client will also look at strong Corporate Finance candidates from the Big 4 who have at least 2 years PQE experience within lead advisory teams.
- Ideally experience within a tech team (Strong preference would be Fin Tech deal experience)
- Strong financial modelling skills.
- Strong communicator
- Able to work above and beyond their level.
