Senior Investment Analyst - Real Estate

We are supporting a leading global investment business in their search for a Senior Investment Analyst to join their Real Estate team in London. This role offers the chance to be part of a highly regarded group, providing exposure to complex, high-value property investments across diverse markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the origination, analysis, and execution of real estate investment opportunities.

• Conduct detailed financial modelling, valuation, and sensitivity analysis on potential transactions.

• Undertake market research and competitor benchmarking to inform investment strategies.

• Prepare investment papers and presentations for senior stakeholders and investment committees.

• Monitor existing real estate portfolio performance, identifying risks and opportunities for value creation.

Key Requirements:

• 2-3 years experience within real estate investment, private equity, or investment banking.

• Strong academic background in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or related field.

• Excellent financial modelling and analytical skills.

• Knowledge of UK and European real estate markets desirable.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.

• Self-starter with high attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
