Description

A premier technology-focused M&A advisory boutique is hiring across multiple levels as it continues to expand its London team. This is an exceptional opportunity to join one of the most active and highly regarded specialist advisers in the sector.

The Firm:

Our client is a leading independent advisory firm dedicated exclusively to the technology sector. With a reputation for advising founders, corporates and private equity sponsors on landmark transactions, the firm has established itself as a go-to adviser for complex, high-value tech deals. The team combines deep sector expertise with first-class execution capabilities, consistently punching above its weight against larger competitors.

The Opportunity:

Joining at Analyst, Associate or VP level, you will work on live M&A mandates across software, digital infrastructure, fintech, cybersecurity and broader technology services. The firm's focused approach means direct exposure to senior dealmakers and clients from day one, with genuine responsibility commensurate with your experience.

Analysts & Associates will drive financial analysis, valuation work, due diligence coordination and preparation of transaction materials, developing rapidly within a high-calibre team.

Vice Presidents will take ownership of deal execution, manage junior team members, lead client communications and contribute to business development efforts alongside the senior partnership.

Candidate Profile:

  • Relevant experience in M&A advisory, leveraged finance, private equity or corporate development
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
  • Genuine interest in and affinity for the technology sector
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build client relationships
  • Entrepreneurial mindset suited to a dynamic boutique environment

What's on Offer

  • Sector-leading deal flow with exposure to headline transactions
  • Accelerated career progression within a meritocratic structure
  • Competitive compensation with significant upside potential
  • A collaborative, high-performance culture

This is a standout opportunity for driven professionals who want to specialise in one of the most exciting areas of M&A while working alongside some of the best in the business.
